I was reading my Prevention newsletter this morning and loved an article called “17 Ways Exercise Sends Health Soaring.” The article started out by mentioning that focusing solely on weight loss when starting an exercise routine may not be enough to keep a person motivated to continue. Hello Everyone! So, I know it’s not Friday, but since I haven’t been diligent about posting recipes lately I decided it was time, Friday or not. My husband and I made the tastiest breakfast today! We had crepes with strawberries and bananas, whipped cream, and syrup. A little slice of heaven! It was so easy and fast too! Here’s the recipe we used. We got it from allrecipes.com.
