Hello there!! Ready for more great weight loss tips?! This next section is my favorite…of course that would be dessert! This is the area where I have the most problems since I love anything that is smothered in chocolate. I’ll definitely be using these tips!  Here is the next section from Prevention. Enjoy :)


  1. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a sliver, bite, or taste of dessert instead of eating a full portion
  2. Trade 1 cup of ice cream for a half  cupped topped with 1 cup of sliced strawberries
  3. Freeze blend fresh fruit into a sorbet for a refreshing dessert
  4. Forget the cone! Get a single scoop of ice cream in a cup
  5. Choose your piece of sheet cake from the middle where there is less frosting (a hard one for me since I LOVE frosting)
  6. Top angel food cake with berries instead of icing or chocolate sauce
  7. Cut a half slice of cake or pie
