Hello Everyone! So, I know it’s not Friday, but since I haven’t been diligent about posting recipes lately I decided it was time, Friday or not. My husband and I made the tastiest breakfast today! We had crepes with strawberries and bananas, whipped cream, and syrup. A little slice of heaven! It was so easy and fast too! Here’s the recipe we used. We got it from allrecipes.com. Try it and let me know what you think! Enjoy :)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

  1. Wisk together the flour and eggs in a mixing bowl. Gradually mix in the milk and water. Add the salt and butter, and beat until smooth
  2. Heat a slightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately ¼ cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. It should be pretty thin.
  3. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Flip and cook on the other side. Fill with goodness and devour!
